The high rainfall and nutrients brought from the sea by the annual Salmon runs makes the Fir Forests of the Pacific Northwest some the of richest, most diverse temperate ecosystems in the world. The forests here are rich with spiritual energy and the Northern Regions of British Columbia are one of the last great strongholds of The Wyld.
There are four major Septs protecting the larger area around Vancouver and these make up the Greater Vancouver Protectorate. While these groups are linked in purpose and geographic location they have wildly different ideologies and tribal make-up.
